Ryan Brothers Limited was formed in 1906 by George Ryan. Originally a dry goods distributor, in 1910, the company diversified their offering to commercial refrigeration and store fixtures and built 110 James as office and warehouse space. The company ceased operation in 1954 upon Ryan’s retirement.
